3bros can cancel an order if:
· The buyer requests order cancellation before the items have shipped
· The buyer provided the wrong shipping address when the purchase was completed
· The item is out of stock
Buyers have 7 days after receiving an order to inspect it. Items can only be returned if they are materially different than the product described in the listing.
Buyers are responsible for paying any return shipping costs.
Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days from the date that the return has been authorized.
